Prerna Sharma is a development economist and impact strategist with robust experience in data-driven policy research and innovative financing models. As a Senior Consultant at SNS Six Sigma Consultants LLP, she brings her analytical acumen and global insights to help clients improve operational efficiency and implement sustainable, high-impact solutions.

Prerna holds a Master of Public Administration in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University, where she also served as a teaching assistant in quantitative analysis. She also holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Economics from the University of Warwick, where she specialized in applied economics, development, and data analysis.

Her professional journey includes her tenure as Research Associate at the Brookings Institution India Center, where she led projects on impact investing, gender, health, and financial inclusion. She has also contributed to research with UN Women, Stanford University’s WSD Handa Center, Fundación Corona (Colombia), and UNDP in New York.

With a keen eye for scalable impact, Prerna has authored notable publications on development finance and gender, including work featured by UN Women, Hindustan Times, and Mint. Her earlier role as Director of Business Development and CSR Manager at Rajwarah Jewellers saw her leading retail operations, launching an export division, and developing socially conscious product lines.
