Renu’s entrepreneurial journey began at The Indian Express under the legendary Ramnath Goenka. She later became the first woman in Delhi to establish an independent Offset Printing Press and pioneered the launch of Delhi’s first Tanishq showroom. As Founder of Rajwarah Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., she transformed the brand into a global name in luxury jewellery, with international operations in Dubai and New York. The brand is led by an all-women board and supports karigar welfare, aligning with SNS Six Sigma’s core values of inclusion and sustainability.

Her policy influence includes roles with BIS (Hallmarking), GJEPC, and COWE, and she has received several awards, including the IGJA Woman Entrepreneur of the Year (2021) and the BRICS Women Entrepreneur Award (2024).
